Luis Daniel Merrill Monreal was shot and killed as he sat in a car
at a West Side gas station Monday Night, September 6, 1999. Luis
was sitting in a Buick Regal parked at 39 N. Pulaski Rd when a round of
20 shots were fired just before 8:30 p.m. Police are looking for
three male suspects in their 20’s who were carrying semi-automatic hand
guns.
